I couldn’t do anything without this app! I have my own my husbands and my moms that I keep up with. I couldn’t do this without the app!!!

I haven’t been able to back up my files from my iPhone since June, even though I am a subscriber. I’ve tried several times to reach Support, but they never, ever respond to me. I have so many records on files and just the thought of changing app bothers me, but as long as I can’t back up, I won’t be able to see my records on other devices

Great app and I love how easy it is to use. I just wish the logos were a tad bit easier to custom make and maybe more colors to use. Sometimes when you make them they don’t turn out quite the way you want them to look. Other than that the best password storage app I’ve used.

This is a secure way to carry personal info with you all the time; credit card info, passport info...things that are not close when you need them.

Was so happy with Lock it for about 4 years and all of a sudden all my data disappeared, lost all my passwords. Everyone knows what a hassle that is!! E mailed support about 5 times with no response, that was at least 6 weeks ago. Subscription is paid till Jan. ‘23! Would not recommend Lock it to anyone, in fact I was hesitant to give it one star.

App no longer works with Face ID

I have been using the app and have 97 entries in it and now it stopped displaying my data. I thought maybe I needed to renew so I made an in app purchase for another year. But it still didn’t show me my data. So I thought maybe it didn’t go through and did it again. Still can’t access my data. I sent an email through support with screenshots of what was happening. Then I went and looked at my credit card and it was just about six months ago that I renewed for a year. So it hasn’t expired yet. I ended up trying one more time to pay for it bc I was desperate to access my data. Still nothing. I’ve emailed support and feedback addresses about 7 times now. I’ve now paid 4x. It’s so frustrating. Do not use this app!

The worse app I have ever downloaded. I forgot my password and requested to get a new one. One an authorization number is entered do you can change your password, they delete all your data. I removed this app immediately. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I am requesting a refund.

App won’t open after most recent update. I got in once and it said something about there was no back up, so I fear I lost all my passwords.

I love the app, however, there in NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure why they don’t respond to emails or have an easily accessible customer service by phone, email or their web site. It makes one wonder what they may do with your personal information. Since they are out responsive, I can’t recommend them.

I use Lockit all the time. It’s impossible to remember all your logins and passwords. I’ve used it for 5 years and couldn’t live without it.

I really count on this app and it never fails me.

I am paying for a service for the app to sync between my devices, and the app is not working and the support departament is not answering my emails

Easy to use keeps my data secure. I really like the ability to change one and all other units are updated accordingly.

Great app, non-existant support. I have been using Lockit for several years. Recently I had the need to remove a couple of devices to make room for two new devices. No matter what I tried I could not remove the devices. Contacted support multiple times (I have the subscription version with ”priority support”) and have yet to receive any reply. Doesn’t give me great confidence in the developer or continued support for the app.

I’ve been trying to install Lockit on my new phone. I am unable to open the app - it tells me I have reached a device limit and have to remove Lockit from a device before proceeding. The thing is, I don’t have it on any other device. I would like to retrieve my passwords, but “customer support” doesn’t respond. Very upsetting...was happy with the app prior to this.

I have this APP for a while it is great. When my husband passed away I had at my finger tip all relevant information needed at my fingertips. Credit cards info, insurances, points, passport, licenses ...... name it. My daughter could not believe I had done this which saved us hours of research. Passwords ..... it takes time to enter things but when needed you see how I crédible this app is. Thank you .... For those procrastinating get on this.....

I would give zero stars if I could. I have emailed the company MANY times to have an issue resolved where I cannot remove old devices from my account, and they have not responded to a single email. Absolutely useless app and lost passwords if you run out of devices (from updating your phone) and cannot delete old devices.

This app is awesome. Helps you keep all your important staff in one place and now you can let your creativity fly creating passwords without worrying about remembering them!!!

I liked the app and used it a lot. I shared the usernames and passwords with my wife. 3 days ago the system lost all my usernames and passwords. There isn’t a way to retrieve them. Support has been non-responsive. I wouldn’t use this app. I will find another one.

Keeping people out of my phone was difficult until now. Finally I found an app That backs up to a cloud and is easy to learn. The polished look of this app is great. I did only give it 4 stars out of 5 because of their lack of customer service. Taking everything into consideration I feel it’s worth the price.

I love having my passwords handy. However, I set it up too complicated and wish I could take the categories away and just make an alphabetical list. Undoing is quite lengthy and complicated.

No support! Don’t waste your money.

Great app so long as you don’t require support. Support is lacking and nearly non responsive. For no reason the master password quick working the first of the year and finally after two days it begin working. The the mean time the account was locked because of numerous effort to login. The master password wasn’t changed or updated. I purchased the pro version with a annual payment paid annual. Not I am limited to 5 devices for an unknown reason when prior to the issue described herein and have email support with no response provided. Poor support service.

Just got the app. So far it has been very easy to use. Everything together in one place is fabulous, because I can never remember passwords!

I used the app on my 6S and had over 100 entries. Loved the app... Bought a new XS and setup the phone via the apple method of pairing the phones. After getting everything transferred over Lockit refused to recognize my password essentially rendering it useless and not allowing me to access the information. Left messages on the dev FB page and by FB message without any response.

I use this app all the time. With so many passwords to remember, it’s great to have one place to go. Recently I had a problem, which was my fault, and the tech support individual I worked with was so very helpful and my problem was solved.

I couldn’t live without this app as I always need to refer to it for my passwords!

I have so many passwords in my personal life and to top it off my job requires about 20 more. They are constantly changing. To have them on my watch is a life saver! It's easy to use. UPDATE - Lockit is worthless to me since the Apple Watch feature disappeared.

This app had an iwatch version. About a month and an half ago without warning or notice, the iwatch app disappeared. After purchasing this app, I spent almost a year moving a large number of passwords to this application so I could access them on my iwatch. I have made several attempts to contact Lockit. The ignore my request for assistance and an explanation of what happened to the iwatch app. I never write reviews of app; however, because this company is so unprofessional, feel it is important to WARN others to not buy or use apps from a company that has such a low regard for its customers.

Just upgraded my iPhone yesterday. However I need to recover and recreate passwords for most of my apps due to the fact I used TouchID to log into this app all the time & I eventually forgot my password. I even paid to have this App Store more than the 15 free passwords you get with the app!! They need to have a secure process in place like every other app if you forget the password. Now I can’t access them?!?! What a rip!!

Been using this app for about a year. It’s OK. Recently upgraded my iOS and discovered that my password list has been wiped clean. Replaced with a page urging me to upgrade my version to make sure my passwords are backed up on their cloud. This will be an enormous hassle having to recover all of my passwords. I STRONGLY recommend that you not use this app. A sticky note in your wallet would be a better option than this lemon.

This app is great! Has a low yearly cost and is something I reference very often on my phone. A great choice to keep passwords and ID #'s all in the same place.

The old app i had didn’t update so had to get another one. Didn’t realize in my life i have a-lot to remember in passwords. So far so good. Not a bad price for the pro.

This app is great for helping me keep my board certificates, passwords, websites, and anything else that I need to remember safe. The best part is that I do not have any papers to misplace!

No way to reset password if you forget it. Overall underdeveloped app with limited features. Wish I could give this negative stars.

This is the best password manager app I've used. Lockit Pro has a cinch on the market.
