Really struggling with the customer service aspect. I liked the free version and upgraded (via $11.99 per year subscription), but the app wont recognize the upgrade. Tried subscribing again, but get the message that Ive ALREADY subscribed. Tried logging out and in. Then deleted and reinstalled the app which deleted everything -- download from cloud did not restore any data. Its apparently really gone. Contacted service, but no answer yet. Would like to use and like the app again, but I really dont like paying for premium services and getting a seemingly broken product.
